My biggest concern is that they can’t be sustained for long periods of time (hence why The Whole30 Program is only applicable for 30 days).
Rather than risking your health with extreme changes that will later lead to weight gain and binge-eating (along with the possibility of brain fog, flu, and hormonal issues), stick to proven principles. Focusing on vegetables, fruits with high antioxidant profiles, and lean proteins for an extended period of time will lead to the safe, lifelong transformation you’re begging for.
Mistake 2: You Don’t Have a Strategic Plan
No plan? Huge problem. An individualized plan rooted in science is hands down the best way to get measurable results. Considering everybody and every body is different, there’s no way the cookie-cutter program you found on YouTube is actually right for your body, your limitations, and your goals.
